The Copper River is located in the Southeast part of Alaska in Prince William Sound. Copper River Wild Salmon journey up a long and rugged river to reach their home lake and must store extra fat and oils in order to make this long journey. This high fat and oil content is why Copper River Salmon are the best tasting, have the highest Omega 3 levels, and are the highest quality salmon available.
Alaskan Copper River Salmon are the first wild salmon on the market each year and are always in high demand by chefs and seafood connoisseurs around the world.
Our fresh-frozen Copper River Whole Salmon Fillets are sure to impress. The Sockeye fillets weigh 1 1/2 - 2 lbs each and the King fillets weigh 5-7 lbs each. These Whole Fillets are boneless, skin-on, and vacuum packaged to maintain the highest quality. All of our salmon is Sushi grade and Kosher.
For a real crowd pleaser, we also offer our Whole Fillets in Combination Boxes. The 5 lb. box will hold one 3-4 lb Whole King fillet and one 1 1/2-2 lb Whole Sockeye fillet while the 10 lb. box will hold one 5-6 lb Whole King fillet and two-three 1 1/2-2 lb Whole Sockeye fillets.
