Our Indian-Candy style Smoked Salmon is slow smoked after resting in a sweet brine giving it a firm, flaky texture and smoky-sweet flavor that is great for appetizers, dips, entrees, garnish for your soup or salad, or on your favorite snack crackers. This truly is THE VERY BEST! After smoking, our Indian Candy is immediately vacuum-packed and frozen.
When you serve it it's as if it just came out of the smoker. Try it and you'll see what we mean.

6-10 lbs = $39.95
11-15 lbs = $49.95
16-20 lbs = $59.95
21 lbs and up add $2 per each additional lb. Shipping rate includes shipping and handling, Styrofoam shipping box and either gel-ice or dry-Ice. Some zip codes may require a Priority Overnight upgrade fee. We track all packages to ensure on-time delivery.
