Our Alaskan Salmon species (King, Sockeye, and Coho) as well as our Alaskan Halibut and Alaskan Black Cod are individually packaged in 6-8 oz boneless fillets. Our Yukon King salmon fillets are vacuum packaged in 8-16 oz. boneless fillets, as they are such large fish. The Smoked Salmon are boneless fillets vacuum packed in 1 lb. bags.
All of our seafood is wild caught. They are high in Omega-3 fatty acids and are backed by our guarantee. All of the Salmon species and the Albacore Tuna are Sushi grade; the Salmon is also Kosher. Sealed, vacuum packed seafood products will maintain their quality in the freezer up to 1 year.
