Not to be confused with our Seafood Samplers (which contain 5 items), these Combo Packs consist of two and a half pounds each of 2 of the following items; packaged individually in 6-16 oz. size portions. Several recipe booklets, cooking and handling directions, and a personalized gift card if you are sending it as a gift, are also included. All of our Salmon is Sushi grade and Kosher; Copper River Salmon and Black Cod fillets are boneless; Alaskan King Crab is claws and pieces in the shell. All of the seafood in the Combo Packs is flash-frozen to maintain gourmet quality, flavor, and nutrients. This variety of beautiful fillets are wonderful baked, broiled, grilled or on a summer salad.
Copper River Salmon (Chinook/King and Sockeye/Reds) journey up one of the most rugged rivers anywhere in the world and must store extra fat and oils in order to make this long journey. This high fat and oil content is why Copper River Salmon are the best tasting, have the highest Omega-3 levels, and are the highest quality salmon available.
Yukon River King Salmon The name Yukon comes from the native Gwich'in people who pronounce it "Yu-kun-ah" meaning "Great River". The Yukon River is the fifth longest river in North America. Its pure glacial water flows in a Northwesterly path 2,300 miles through Alaska and the Yukon Territory of Canada finally emptying into Norton Sound on the Bering Sea.
Alaskan Coho Salmon Is fished out of Bristol Bay. It is a pale orange color and mild flavored like King Salmon. Our Coho fillets are individually vacuum-sealed in 6-10 oz. portions.
All of our seafood is wild-caught in the cold, clean waters of Alaska. They are high in Omega-3 fatty acids, protein, vitamins, minerals and aid in the prevention or slowing of many ailments. Doctors recommend eating 2-3 servings of seafood a week as part of a healthy, balanced diet.
