The wild Coho salmon are caught by us and handled with the utmost care. They are immediately live bled, processed, vacuum packed, then frozen at sea (FAS) within hours of being caught to ensure the very highest quality product available for your dinner table. These beautiful, hand selected Wild Alaska Coho Steaks are sent in beautiful 8 - 16 oz. flash frozen Steaks, each individually vacuum sealed and ready to prepare or freeze. 1.lb feeds 4 people. We ship in insulated packaging with frozen gel packs or dry ice to keep the products frozen until they arrive.
