The Sockeye is a smaller species of salmon and is often noted for its bright red flesh and slightly stronger flavor. Along with the beautiful presentation, wild Alaskan Copper River Sockeye salmon is great on the grill, wood planks, or as a main course in any gourmet salmon dinner. In addition, this combination pack offers delicious Alaskan Black Cod harvested in the Gulf of Alaska and the Bering Sea. Also known as Sablefish, the rich, buttery flavor and firm, flaky texture of the Alaskan Black Cod make it one of the most popular and versatile fish in the kitchen. It has a high oil content making it a moist and delicious white fish.

The Copper River Sockeye fillets are boneless, skin on, 6 - 8 oz. portions, individually vacuum sealed and ready to prepare or freeze. The Black Cod fillets are boneless, skinless, 7 – 9 oz. portions, individually vacuum sealed and ready to prepare or freeze.
