We use only three years old Albacore Tuna, these tuna haven't had time to build up mercury poisoning levels like the older, larger tuna you find in cans today. In fact, we use the youngest albacore sold in the U.S. You'll quickly notice the difference in the quality and taste of our tuna, as other canned supermarket brands contain up to 15-year-old aged tuna.

We delicately hand packs raw, center-cut loins of Albacore tuna into each of its cans, and then seals the cans before cooking. The tuna is sealed in its' own natural juices and healthy oils; as an added bonus, the Omega-3 fatty acid content of raw-packed albacore Tuna (cooked following canning) is four times higher than precooked albacore.
Supermarket canned tuna is usually baked before it is canned, so it can be machine packed, which eliminates most of the juices and oils and health benefits
