Teriyaki Grilled Wild Alaska Salmon
Ingredients:
1/4 cup brown sugar, not packed
3 tbsp. oil
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1-1/2 tbsp. minced fresh garlic
1-1/2 tbsp. minced fresh ginger
4 (4 to 6 oz. each) Wild Alaska Salmon steaks or fillets
1 sheet (12 x 18 inch) Reynolds Wrapฎ heavy duty aluminum foil
In a shallow baking dish, combine brown sugar, oil, soy sauce, garlic and ginger. Place Wild Alaska Salmon steaks or fillets in a baking dish. Turn fish over several times to coat; refrigerate 30 to 45 minutes (fillets need to marinade meat side down.) Remove your Alaskan Salmon from marinade. Cook on foil sheet on a medium-hot grill, turning once during cooking, about 6 to 12 minutes per inch of thickness. Do not overcook.

Baked Whole Wild Alaska Salmon
Ingredients:
Whole Wild Alaska Salmon , 5-10lbs.
1 ฝ cups of ketchup
2 chopped green onion
1 can of green chilies
ผ cup white wine vinegar
2 cloves of garlic, minced
salt & pepper to taste
2 tsp. red chili pepper
2 tbsp Tabasco sauce
Remove head, tail, fins and guts from fish. Salt and pepper fish both inside and out. Stuff the fish with ฝ of the green onions and ผ of the minced garlic. In a bowl combine remaining ingredients. Add a tablespoon or two of the mixture inside the Wild Alaska Salmon and pour the remaining mixture over the outside of the fish. Bake Salmon in a greased baking dish at 325 degrees basting occasionally with sauce. Cooking time will vary depending on the weight of your Salmon. Begin checking for flakey texture in the thickest part of the meat (near the back bone)after about 45 minutes.

Wild Alaska Salmon Fettuccine Alfredo
Ingredients:
- 8oz.Wild Alaska Salmon , cooked
- 3 Tablespoons fettuccine noodles
- 1ฝ Tablespoons olive oil
- 1ฝ teaspoons minced onion
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- ฝ teaspoon flour
- 1/4-1/3 cup milk
- 1 10 oz. pkg. frozen peas, thawed
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- chopped fresh parsley
- chopped fresh basil (or 1 teaspoon dried)
- pinch ground nutmeg
- freshly ground pepper to taste
In large pot of boiling water, cook fettuccine until tender but firm (10 to 12 minutes for dry pasta; 1 to 3 minutes for fresh). Meanwhile, in large saucepan heat olive oil over medium heat; add onion and garlic and cook until onion is tender. Stir in flour and cook a few seconds. Whisk in milk and bring to simmer, stirring constantly. Season with nutmeg and pepper. Drain cooked fettuccine and add to sauce, stirring gently. Fold in Wild Alaska Salmon, broken into chunks, peas and Parmesan cheese. Top with chopped herbs and serve immediately.
Wild Alaska Salmon Melt Sandwich
Ingredients:
8oz. Wild Alaska Salmon , cooked
2 Tbsp. of finely chopped onions
2 Tbsp. of dill relish
ฝ Cup of Mayonaise
Rye bread, buttered
Sliced Swiss Cheese
Combine all ingredients except the buttered bread, in a mixing bowl. Preheat griddle or frying pan. Place one slice of bread on the griddle, butter side down, and spread on enough Wild Alaska Salmon mixture to cover. Place a slice of swiss cheese on top of the Wild Alaska Salmon mixture and top with another slice of bread, buttered side up. Brown the sandwich on both sides.
